Kevin took us "over the hill" to spend a day with my parents, do a little shopping, and sight see in the "big city". After some furniture shopping at larson's consignment, we were off to lunch at Kevin's choice restaurant, Togo's. Then off to a harvest festival at Seven Oaks Farm (thanks mom, for finding the event!). It was not crowded and had all the fun harvest stuff that kids love. One thing I really appreciated was the lack of "scary" halloween decor. The focus really was on fall harvest, produce, and family fun; not dead people and gore. And so, on to the pictures. Enjoy!
A lovely event, and great family fun. We enjoyed our day together and got a couple of great pumpkins that now need stem surgery! oh well, me and glue....we go WAY back.
