First kayak on the pond

We purchased a kayak a few days ago for the kids to use on the pond. They have been gnashing their teeth waiting to try it out!  Today was the day, after housework and lunch, they were promised time to go boating.

They had a grand time. They shared the kayak well. Each had a turn to paddle around the pond by themselves. The rest of the time, they seemed happy to ride together.
