Caiden bird

Caiden is loving spring around here.  Just from the house he can watch, hawks, eagles, seagulls, owls, robins, quail, redwing blackbirds, ducks and geese, then down the road, there are usually pheasants, later in the summer are kiwis, and all year round the ditches and ponds we see egrets and herons (my personal favs.)  This week he has been spending his free time roaming around with his binoculars and my camera.  Here's a few of his shots.

 After spending so much time looking at and listening to them, he wanted to be one. "Mom, can you make me a beak?"
"I guess so," some cereal box pieces, elastic and a few stitches later...voila..my own bird boy!
