At Mr. C's birthday party we had lots of water, 13 kiddos in swimsuits, water balloons, pizza, brownies with whip cream, pinata and lots and lots of running. I'm pretty sure we sent 11 tired kids home that day. Caiden loved having all his friends together in one place and it didn't hurt that they brought presents with them!
My firstborn is now five years old. I am so super proud of him for all he is learning already. In the last two weeks he has learned to ride a two wheeled bicycle, a scooter, drive a radio controlled monster truck and chew gum, now he's in swimming lessons and he put his face under while holding his breath....WILL IT NEVER END!!!
Oh, 'tis a fun summer we are having. We enjoyed a week long visit with my in laws. The kids went on lots of walks, my mother in law is a whiz at laundry and housework and completely wonderful with the kids and simply fun to have around. Big papa is great company and dotes on the kids sharing his scooter with them and joining them on walks and sharing lots of tickles and laughs and stories. We will miss them lots.
