Friends came over for lunch and a walk and visit yesterday. What a nice day. After stuffing ourselves on tacos, we hiked to the frozen pond. One of my favorites walks on the place. The kids enjoyed throwing rocks on the pond, then exploring up to the muskrat hole which has lowered the pond by about three feet over the last several years. To them, it was a cave...very cute. A beautiful afternoon, albeit it was a bit chilly, but at least the sun was shining, yippee!!
