For Peace

Apparently it is a day for posting for peace. You can visit mom unplugged for more info. I don't know any new answers for making or keeping peace in this world, or for future generations. I do know the creator though and He most certainly knows the answers...here are a few.

Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Matt. 5:9

If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Rom. 12:18

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. The fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. James 3:17-18

For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good: let him seek peace, and ensue it. 1Pet. 3:10

The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace. Psa. 29:11

Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. Now the God of peace be with you all. Rom 15:13

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you. Phil. 4:7
